Preorder Terms and Conditions

By placing a preorder for any product on Hidden Key Creations ("the Website"), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to preorders made through the Website and govern your rights and obligations in relation to preordering products. Please read them carefully.

  1. Preordering Products
  • Eligibility: To place a preorder, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • Product Availability: Preordered products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to provide accurate information about the expected release dates, we cannot guarantee that products will be shipped or available at the projected time.
  • Preorder Confirmation: Once you have successfully placed a preorder, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your order. This confirmation does not constitute a contract or guarantee of delivery.
  1. Pricing and Payment
  • Pricing: Prices for preorder items are subject to change. If the price changes after you have placed your order but before the product is shipped, we will notify you and provide the option to cancel or proceed with the new price.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing a preorder. We accept the following forms of payment: credit card, PayPal, etc.
  • Authorization: By submitting your payment details, you authorize us to charge your account for the full amount of your preorder.
  1. Expected Release and Shipping
  • Release Date: Preordered products are expected to be released on or around the date indicated in the description of the product. However, release dates may be subject to change due to manufacturing delays, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping: Once the product is released, we will ship it to the shipping address provided during checkout. Shipping times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
  • International Shipping: If applicable, international orders may be subject to additional shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  1. Order Cancellation and Changes
  • Customer Cancellations: You may cancel your preorder at any time before the product is shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer support team at connect@hiddenkeycreations.com.
  • Seller Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel your preorder at our discretion, including but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, or fraud concerns. In such cases, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
  1. Refunds and Returns
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are only available if the preorder is cancelled prior to shipment. Once the product has been shipped, our regular return and refund policy applies.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your preorder arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within seven (7) days of receiving your product. We will assist you with a return or exchange process in accordance with our return policy.

  • Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy in our product descriptions, images, and specifications, we do not guarantee that the product description is free of errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to update product information as needed.

  • No Liability for Delays: We are not liable for any delays in product release, shipment, or delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to manufacturing delays, shipping issues, or force majeure events.
  • Product Use: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any preordered product.
